MS Student in Robotics @ CU Boulder | Embedded AI & Sim-to-Real Pipelines
Master of Science student specializing in robotics, sim-to-real pipelines, and embedded AI deployment. I work on integrating modern ML models (VLMs) with low-level C++/ROS controllers in simulation environments like Isaac Sim and Drake, and deploying them on hardware. My experience spans from Linux kernel driver development and embedded systems to AI application layers.
Currently, I’m a Graduate Researcher in the Human Interaction and Robotics Group at CU Boulder, where I develop contact-aware controllers to enhance safety in human-robot collaboration. Previously, I worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Trinamix (BASF), where I led platform bring-up efforts and developed V4L2 camera drivers for computer vision applications.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring geopolitics and occasionally write about topics ranging from technical deep-dives to broader socio-political analyses.
